Chef Luke Mangan owns and operates Glass Brasserie at the Hilton in Sydney, as well as a shit-tonne of Salt restaurants and grills around the world. He’s also responsible for the pretty decent sandwiches on Virgin flights and is a dude.

If there was a burger called The Mangan, what would be on it?

Beetroot, Gruyere cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles, Dijon mustard and a sesame seed bun.

Butter for sure!
